This is our luxury retreat offering. Think waking up in the morning with French vineyard views, a gentle yoga session followed by a dip in the pool, a wildly challenging (and optional) handstand session... The whole day punctuated only with breaks to devour delicious home-cooked food and laze in the sun. Watching the sunset with a glass of cognac on the porch or stories around the fire…. Interested? I thought so.

DESCRIPTION

This intensive weekend is designed to offer students an immersive inversion experience. Starting from the foundations, we will use these workshops to build our own handstand practice but also to practise the art of observing, seeing how others bodies move and noticing how we each have our own unique strengths and (sometimes even more interestingly) our own limitations.
